FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Our lessons for children are available year-round, so you can join a children’s French class or Spanish class at any time. Sign up and dive right in. 

Our language teachers for children are native speakers and/or experienced professionals who are passionate and truly love working with their French and Spanish language students. 

Our Spanish and French language classes for children are taught in our Virtual Classroom which can be accessed via our student portal. Children’s language lessons require a reliable internet connection as well as a compatible device with a camera and microphone to join the Spanish and French class for kids.

Owl Learning was specifically created to be an online language learning school for children, so we do not offer in-person French or Spanish classes for children. 

You may cancel your subscription for online language classes for children at any time. If you paid for the year, you would receive a refund of a prorated amount of the cost of the classes you paid for. However, please do not hesitate to contact us with any issues or concerns you may have about our language classes for kids, as it is our goal to satisfy each and every customer and we promise to make it right.

We have to meet our minimum requirements in order to offer and continue our children’s language classes. Unfortunately, we will have to cancel any class that does not meet those requirements. If we cancel a class, we will offer you another Spanish or French class at a different time and will work with you to ensure your child continues learning a new language with us. 

No worries! Simply join us for the next scheduled Spanish lesson for children or beginner French lesson. In addition, you can email us at support@myowllearning.com to request the class recordings.

If you have problems finding a French class for your child or beginner Spanish lessons, please let us know via the “Request a Class” link and we will try to accommodate your schedule. The more requests and feedback we receive, the better we are able to accommodate each child’s language lesson needs.
